Book a court online

1. Click one of the links above to access the booking system.

2. Register and log in.
   Create an account, verify your email, and log in to the system.

3. Add credit to your account.
   Top up your balance using a credit/debit card (more payment options coming soon). You can add funds in multiples of €25 or by purchasing a package. For example, to add €50, simply set the quantity to 2.

4. Make a booking.
   Select the duration of your booking (1 to 3 hours) in the left panel, find an available time slot in the schedule, and click “Create reservation.” If you’re booking for someone else, please fill in the “Who plays?” field.

5. Mention your booking at the front desk when you arrive.
   Rackets and balls are available for rent at the front desk if needed. Please be punctual — start and finish your session on time, and leave the last five minutes to brush the court and pick up any balls. Have fun! 🎾

Tip: save up to 40% by purchasing credits in bulk (packages).

1. Court bookings are paid from your credit balance in the system. Please top up before booking.
2. Credits in the system are currently valid for online bookings only (not for reservations at the front desk).
3. Credits expire after 12 months.
4. Credits bought in packages are non-refundable once used.
5. Refunds go to your credit balance by default. For a cash refund, please contact us.

If you have any payment issues or would like to request a cash refund, please contact our tech support at online@alteahillstennisclub.com.

1. You can cancel or change your booking in the system for free up to 8 hours before the start time.
2. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable, sorry!
3. If the weather is unplayable or the courts are too wet after rain, we’ll automatically cancel your booking and notify you. The refund will be added to your credit balance.
4. We reserve the right to change the court number in your booking without notification.
