Book a court online

1. Click one of the links above to access the booking system.
2. Register and log in.
   Create an account, verify your email, and log in to the system.
3. Add credit to your account.
   Top up your balance using your credit/debit card or iDEAL (other payment methods are coming later).
4. Make a booking.
   Select the duration of your booking (1 to 3 hours), find an available time slot, and click “Create reservation.” If you’re booking for someone else, please fill in the “Who plays?” field, and include their contact info if needed.

1. Court bookings are paid from your credit balance in the system. Please top up before booking.
2. Credits in the system are valid for online bookings only (not for reservations at the front desk).
3. Save up to 40% by purchasing credits in bulk (packages).
4. Credits bought in packages are non-refundable.
5. Refunds go to your credit balance by default. For a cash refund, please contact us.

If you have any payment issues or would like to request a cash refund, please contact us at online@alteahillstennisclub.com.

1. You can cancel or change your booking in the system for free up to 8 hours before the start time.
2. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable, sorry!
3. If the weather is unplayable or the courts are too wet after rain, we’ll automatically cancel your booking and notify you. The refund will be added to your credit balance.
4. We reserve the right to change the assigned court within your booking without notification.
